*NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVES* OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve & Place on a baking tray in the top of the oven.
Cook for 55 minutes at 180°C - Fan Forced 170°C or until hot all of the way through.
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 mins. The container will be soggy as it is made from biodegradable sugarcane pulp but will firm up in the oven once cooked.
